Navistar service max - procedures unavailable

I apologize if this is a repeat question .. How do you unlock the procedure tests in service max..? Is that dealer only ..?? I want to use the aftertreatment procedure

It won't allow you to run certain tests until you do other "things" first ... It is a sequence of events type thing. I'm not sure what test/procedure you have to do before the after treatment one.
