hi
can any one help. took clocks apart and can only find one 8 pin eeprom is this it and if yes what do i read it as , it say d3950

every honda bike dash based on eprom,on cbr fireblade have sl220 but it is 59c11 on newer model some had tssop eprom pack:-)

You may get more help if you tell what the bike is

Maybe a picture of the other side of the board, the chip may be under the display.

that doesnt look good...did you read it as 8bit?
have to read as 16bit....
