its not 8099 or 0099
Any help appreciated on this one:

I have come across this site before but due to the lack of a good translator can't read it all. I see it gives all the relevent chip info. Am I missing something, are you able to use a calculator or download one here?

Yes I had a look but there is only the same calculator that I have for this model :(
But then of course I have 'Mans Eyes' you know, cant see for looking!
