VIN 2 software translation needed!!

hello mates , I found this small software on my PC , but it might be in Russian language !!
as I could understand , it would have auto data based on the entered vin# , but I need to translate to check if the PIN # can be stored also for each vin # in its database or not ??

I will attach the software archive if someone can translate its database,buttons,...etc.
please check and reply if possible ..

there are not Pin# in this program , just info for which market made this car , where was made this car and brand name of the car .Not very useful , and I can't translate it because of encryption .
