I have a citroen xsara edc16c3 with number of 0281011233
No communication with lexia3.
We sent 95160 dump.
Having someone can give me a clue.

Can you read good, but not the mpc mpc eprom can be collapsed with BDM-style reader

Check power supply, eartchs and can line (when connected you schould have approx 60 Ohm between can wires) - if everything is ok prapobly you have problem with bosh driver inside edc16 ecu (as far i remember number ends 423).
I think you can read with xprog mpc im not sure about flash (eternal as far i remember for this ecu).

Dump is good readed with bdm100. Just put *.bin extention at the end of the files.

Did you check power supply of ecu ?

as said before, check power supply, grounds and continuity of com lines (CAN). If all these are good you got a controller problem!!
