problem with mercedes e320 2004

I have a problem with a mercedes e320,the dashboard has totally lost power there is no light working at all,and no contact.YEAR 2003

what can i do how do you know. the procesor is dead is any chances to repair that or i just need to put new one.
or a can exist any other chances.maby eeprom is out of program. pleas any help
