thank you guys for responds...i dont have test ecm and dont want to re-flash original one. there is easy way to adjust turbo. i have been told this instruction.
1. warm up engine to 185-190 f
2. connect dddl and go to diagnostic window.
3. accelerate engine rpm to 1000 and hold it
4.egr valve must be closed 11 %, VGT Vanes Actuator 67 %, Boost Pressure 19-20 kPa. Dont pay attention on turbo speed.
5.if Boost Pressure is less or more then 19-20kpa, turn actuator's rod to get proper boost pressure.

Some body know about this ? want to make sure i am doing right.

We used a regulator to set the actuator.I think the procedure is in dd service manual.
