Cannot read immo box of MB W202 model part no is 210 820 32 26

Hello,

My wife's car is a C class MB Type 202D 202121 year 1996 with an immo part number: 210 820 32 26 with a 0D53J cpu.

She lost all the keys... And I am trying to program 2 keys

But when I try to read from the 0D53J, it is unreadable.
So far I have tried several tools:
- Car Key Master
- AK400

with no succees

have any one had such a problem and solved it out?
