is there a 95160 eeprom inside?
If so please post the file here....

I just can extract 320Kb

i'm not familiar with these ecu's, it seems the eeprom content is included in the flash file you read.
According to Ecuvonix immo decoder there should be a 95160 eeprom inside, in that case you will have to open the ecu, remove and read it and post the content here.
If the pcb is hybrid it will be difficult to read the eeprom....
