406 2000 2 hdi -engine ecu change

hi i need to change the ecu on this car. Is there any procedure? Or is it better to swap immo chip ? Which one is it ? Any advices much appreciated

ecu bosch edc15c2 : copy or swap 95p08

yes it is edc15c2 0 281 010 252 ecu nr is that chip under different mask? I cannot see this number.Maybe any pictures?Many thanks
