Anyone have solution to fix faulty mux?

Power supply ok, changed both max232.

Sometimes ceasar test, testing, testing and staying at 100% for hours, nothing happening, but mostly receiving

That is not problem in my case!
Probably MCU is dead

I have on external HDD 01/2010 for tests, ceasar working OK and on notebooks 09/2010, 03/2011, Ceasar sometimes refusing to work.
