Which Receiver to go for .....

Hi there, I want to get receiver box so I can add sky channels. I don't have a motorized dish I only have the sky dish. What I would like to know is are all these receivers almost as good as each just personal preference or are there daddy's. My understanding so far in that as long as the receiver has internet connection I'm good to go. I was initially going to go for the openbox s10 but now over the weekend started looking around and have seen so many other freeview receiver with internet capabilities at Vauxhall market there were one like Technomate TM-500 also in Sainsbury's a Sharp one 0for ?39, and now as well ppl are talking about the Dreambox 800.

What I would want is the best one that covers what maybe others don't: eg a hard drive to record as well as maybe on a usb stick. The option to record from an Iphone if that is possible, basically what is the best box on the market that covers all that other receivers do + some. Is there a comparison site?

I just don't want to buy a box only for someone to say, "you should of gone for this one man":bawling:

I will only be using the sky dish with this receiver as well.

if looking for a receiver look or post in sat section as this section is maybe for amps dvds blu ray etc.

depends on how much you want to spend and if you want hd you will want a hd box to pick them up,you want to record then you want a twin tuner box like a sky+ hd that has 2 cables,recording you can have an internal or external hard drive. and most of all you will need to card share see [ google for links ]
