One is the Opel Agila and another Mitsubishi L200.
The instruments are exactly alike.

Read eeprom again properly

I have just had a look at the Agila File and it is basically empty.. I guess you must have had poor connections to the 24c16.

After reading eeprom have a look at the hex view and just make sure that there looks like there is some data in the file... usually you can see some of the RDS station names in the alpha side of a hex editor ( that's if your hex editor has it).
