Hi,

China opcom problem. First time I have used it.

This is the interface with the yellow pcb and with 5 relays.

Pin 1 low speed CAN (body) not working (Astra H). Running 100219a software and v1.39 firmware.

I changed R32. I reflowed all the solder.

Any idea what to check next.

thanks

The relay clicks. I cannot trace pin one back. Is there any way i can bypass the relay to get only pin one working? i need this urgently but only for airbag so only pin 1.

thanks in advance

Thanks liteace, but this was a hardware problem.

One or more of the relays were faulty. Works when you press on the relays. Its not bad solder so must be internal to the relays.

more chinese quality :)

Check the Au5790 Single wire CAn transciver
In the Op-COM yellow PCB that 3 relays are changet with a GAL.
Or one of the relay.
If you fix it please let us know.
Good luck

in other forums I've read about cases of improperly soldered (turned by 180*) sw-can transceiver.
