I have BDM 100 clone v1255.
I can read well mpc555 but mpc562 (ecu edc16c39) I can not read,flas and eeprom yes.
anyone knows the solution to read the micro mpc562?

Some manufacturers like mercedes put everything inside the controller and therefore you can not read the eeprom.
To be sure, you can do a full read and then check if you can split the bdm file (use the export option).

I've tried to read the mpc562 with sw cmd 1255c and dimsport but I can not read.
There is some method (sw or hw) to read and write this mpc?

MPC 562 dont have internal memory(rom yes) just external eep and flash.See this.
