2008 Dodge caravan used PCM/ECU

Hi guys,

I have a 08 dodge caravan iwth dead pcm/ecu. i bought a used one and need to program it to the car.
What do i need to do to program a used pcm for this car?

I still have the old pcm (it was damaged in the accident) if i need to transer some info from it.

someone must know how to program these?

what tools are needed? is only dealer tool able to program it?

You need to use Starmobil or Witech, i dont think DRBIII will work on 08, also you going to need 4 Digit PIN number in order to rewrite VIN and program SKIM. All of this are OE tools, i dont know any aftermarket tools that can do it.
