You must put a ppd 1.1 ecu... then car will no be ok never... :S

When a second hand ecu will be fit into one car, the version of the ecu need to be the same always.

for example in PSA... we cant put a EDC15C2-11.2 in one car that in stock has a EDC15C2-10.1, car will start but lot components will not work .

You can't replace PPD 1.1 for 1.5. Too much differences. You could only find out what is login code in 1.1 version and transfer it to eeprom of 1.5 version. Don't copy eeprom from 1.1 to 1.5, because it won't work correctly.

so please xplain how i can do this?

do i put original eeprom of the 1.5 back in and readapt it or will the 1.5 not work at all?

both engine codes were BKP

The best way is to try overwrite 1.5 ecu with BDM files from 1.1 version or adapt 1.5 eeprom with infos from 1.1 version. That could work. Every other combination won't work or will work really bad.

Hello,

I had a BKP 1.1 crashed the car and got another BKP with 1.5. Moved only the old engine 1.1 to the car with 1.5, all electronics remained from 1.5
All works but I was wondering what are the differences? mechanically speaking
Some said that my ecu is acting a bit strange, some parameters like air, turbo are too low or too high and loosing pressure i think. Cant accelerate more than 3500.
I went and did a stage 1, egr off but acceleration still same, until 2000 rpm barely moves

Thanks
