SIEMENS PPD 1.2 01314 - Engine Control Module 004 - No Signal/Communication

I read flash via OBD on SIEMENS PPD 1.2 on Passat 3C 2.0 TDI DSG 170hp
Then I wanted to write flash with my KESS and fail with writing

I have open ECU and run BDM, read eeprom at25320 and write original flash back to 29BDD160GB

Now ECU is dead

And now all components have same error:
01314 - Engine Control Module
004 - No Signal/Communication

I cannot access in engine ECU with VCDS...

You will probable say ECU frayed :beheaded:

Any Idea what went wrong?!

you can't write flash with BDM becose it's partiel read
if you write flash with kess,it will skeep to write all area FF and write only data maps
you have to search original read by BDM and write it by BDM to resolve your probleme
as you had write the dump read by kess by BDM you have now ereased the original
your ecu is not dead,just programme 29BDD160GB with the right dump and you will get it
