Hello mates,

I need to make immo off for a sl69-3 which belongs to a citroen xantia 1.8-16v year 99.

I have a renault decoder and i would like to know if that is possible.

If check manual it seems to almost identical to safir 2 (55 pins connector.

Maybe someone can help me solve this problem,i know there is a procedure of shorting pin 23 on flash the problem for me is that i dont have a 100 ohm resistor at this moment and the second problem is that i dont know how to test on bench.

If some one can help with shorting pin 23 of flash 29f010 on bench this would also be great (and how to test).

Regards Honingkoning.

If not done yet your first problem is where to dig for pin 23 under pink silicone rubber:) Only tried sl96-2 and sl96-9 but not sl96-3, eprom locations different!

That is not theproblem location is the same i already removed sillicone.

But if i use renault decoder i dont think i have to remove the sillicone.

hi
immo of ecu sagem sl96 mcu tms374

Thanks my friend but i need to remove it by cleaning memory in mcu by shorting pin 23.
And i want to know if i do this on the bench is there a way to check if it has worked, like fenix 5 with the flashing light and when immo is off light stays on.

Regards Honingkoning.

the ecu must be connected to car and make a ground to pin 22 or pin 23 .
if you use big resistor it will not work, use a small resistor .

if you want to do this by tms374 you must make eeprom all ff.

you do not need to desolder tms just connect xprog in circuit and lift 2 legs by tms

i read cpu with xprog (see attachment) put all 000000000 in file write back cut pin 27 and 48 but car still not start on diagnostic it says no response from injector computer.
is it ok that i put 0000000 in cpu or do i hsve to put fffffffff in cpu.

is it ok that i cut pin 27 and 48 or do i have to cut just one of them.
