Peugeot 406 - Dash + BSI Siemens

Hello

I've Peugeot 406 HDI 2000year with Siemens BSI.

There tacho shows 493453. I cleared the BSI
and set up 186000 in tacho but without result
when I plug the acu again it shows old millage.

Could someone make 0 BSI and Dash to 186000?

Ah and one more question can I put it to the car
when the acu is disconnected or should
I put the BSI first with connected acu and then dash?
