Need immo off Citroen Xsara lucas dcn2

Help my please with immo off on Citroen Xsara year 2000 1,9d ecu Lucas dcn2, key lost and car wont program another key (id46) because ignition circuit problem. I read all threads about dcn2 and i not sure what is inside , 25080 , hc11e9, or both ? i cut ecu an find 25080 eprom, must cut more to find hc11e9? if posibile immo off for this ecu ? I post dump from 25080

you have one solution ;cut the blindage of the injection pump
and install a simple not coded solenoid into the pump
