Lupo correction via OBD?

Is there any possibility to change mileage via OBD?
What kind of tool?

VW LUPO 2003.

If dashboard is VDO yes if it TRW you must remove dashboard , I think cheapest solution TU can do .

right,
you can access dash by diag tool and check what brand it is. if VDO you can try OBD, if TRW must work on eprom external.

in both cases better to do remove dash
