VW Golf V BKC, ECU update to fix hot start problem

Hi all,
I have Golf V tdi 105hp, with BKC engine code and 5645 software version.
It has the hotstart problem, and I like to fix it. I know there is a "new" software version 7209 for the ECU 03G 906 016 B.

Does anyone know if 7209 software fixes the hotstart problem? I'd like to check this new flash before update my ECU, and see if the hot start map was modified to correct the problem.

If anybody has 03G 906 016 B @ 7209 flash and wants to upload it here..., I'd like to take a look and compare it to 5645 version.

I got the file used to update the ECU to 7209 version, but the file is in .sgo format. Is it possible to convert it to another format that can be opened with winols or other software?
