VW Polo 2005

hi guys i have a polo with a benzin ecu and immo off . chip is 95040 i see that someone was busy on it. the key light constantly flashes but what i am more concerned about is the fact that when i rev the car the epc light comes on. The fault registered is P1639. The question i have is if the immo dump is incorrect can it affect the rest of the ecu and create this fault ? Has anyone expirienced this?. I have checked wiring and pedal and all seem to be ok
Any tips or input to this question would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

do you have the original dump and the immo off dump post here and someone will help you

no as i said the car just came to me just like this i do not have the old stuff and also i see the ecu has a resistor soldered on it to bridge something or 2 points on ecu
