Cat et 2011A install on windows xp error

Help me please if anyone can. Had et 2010A installed and installed 2011a and my computer crashed. Now it keeps popping up with license errors ck8024 and ck2001 when i try to restart the crypkey service it say error 5 access denied does anyone know how to fix this please tell me thank you all

Have u done a clean install of XP after the crash also check your control Panel /systems/hardware /device manager . if u have any of these ( ! ) next to any hardware try reloading the driver
