Ford Galaxy Mk3 heated windscreen

In this frosty weather just realised the drivers side of the heated front screen is not working. LH & RH sides are fused separately, both fuses are ok.
Anyone had a similar problem?
Anyone know which relay/s control the front screen heater elements?
Anyone know where I can access a wiring diagram for this vehicle?

I know I could take it to the dealer but I haven't yet found a good one!

they had a problem with the earth connecter being loose
remove interior light and its just visable remove screw clean
and refit
the + connecter for each side of the screen is under the
scuttle pannel near the n/s+o/s A pillars
known to have been not connected
if you have a good earth + battery voltage at the connect in the scuttle pannel you will need a new screen
BUT your car isnt 1yr old yet so dont play with it to much
or a dealer might say NO warrenty due to somebody been playing with it

Turned out to be a faulty windscreen - from new!. Replaced under warranty and now ok.
