I keep getting a file tranfer error when trying to download the latest softcam files anyone able to help

Make sure you are using the keys tab on the loader... What receiver are you using?

are you useing the internet explorer as your browser?
or is it downloading and you cant open it in rar form?
a lot report download problems when useing the ip
if you are useing the ip try useing firefox it works
faster and better than the ip

thanks for the tip Benny , but I think the problem is with the uploaded zip file , I have just installed firefox and tried to download the latest softcam file, I can see this in the ie explorer browser , but the latest file that can be seen in firefox is dated the 18th
