Have you looked in the cummins service manuals thread, I think ZDS has posted it.
You can access O&M manuals with a free QSOL account.

You have to register, but O&M manuals are free to view

offline explorer, by metaproducts, will download the manual in internet explorer format, you will need to print each page to PDF to get a PDF document
