Hi
I have an ecu from Ssangyong Korrado model 1999 2.0L 16v . My problem is when the customer unplug the chip 27c1024 from pcb and read it to modify and then plug it again to pcb the car didn t start . I ask someone that repair these cars and told me that cars didn t have immobilizer . The ecu is VDO-SIEMENS with code 412 209 019 003 and 2 plugs and is the same with ecu from MERCEDES C180 model 1996 . In the ecu there is 24c02 like MERCEDES but different file . As i know MERCEDES has infared in the mirror and immo is in remote control . My customer puy in the car an ecu from other car and the engine starts . So i believe that the 24c02 file change and block the ecu . Has someone an idea for this problem ?
