Mercedes IR key repairing

Hi.
I have in my workshop key to Mercedes Vito `06.
Key was flooded and path on the PCB are destroyed.
Car starts on the key but remote control doesn`t work. (LED dosen`t bliking.
I have a key from another car.
Can I hanged NEC processor from VITO key to another key??

Is after replacing the processor to the new key the car will start and remote will work?

In oryginal key is NEC:

In new key is NEC:

0846E311

I did it. Everything works. Car starts and remote works. I only replace NEC procesor.
