Answer: They are "ACERT Injector Trim Files" for Acert Injectors. Log on to an ACERT with CAT ET. Go to Calibrations/Injector Calibrations. Select the Injector you want to change or that you have changed. Click "CHANGE" enter folder with all the files I uploaded select the one you want to change it toooooooooo.

It will then ask for a 4 digit trim code. They are kinda like a password so you'll have to enter the correct 4 digit trim code....

What do they do?
Answer: Well they can give u a buck load more power, and fuel economy.
In injector talk; when changing a file it changes the duration to the solenoid of the injector when firing. It will either increase the duration or decrease the duration depending on the file.
It's the exact same thing as changing your factory trim codes in your 6nz, etc to all 5232. Acert Is just more complicated for some :)
