audi a4 bosch ecu

i have a bosch audi a4 ecu 0 261 203 938/939 i need to immooff it i read the 24c02 and wrote an immo off on it but it restores the file to its original file there isnt a 27f010 or 28010 only a big 87c196 does anyone have the connections to read it via x prog

hi,members l have same problem on audi A4, 1.8 petrol modell 1999-2000 bosch ecu 0 261 203 938/939. 8D0 907 557C .l read 24c02 to make immo off and i disconect immo box the car start fine but if l switch off the car immo it came back and start and die in second.please any on have idea of this problem?. thanks

i did it with labtool48 ..years ago .

It has OTP EPROM flash .you can only readi it!!!! New eprom is needed for prog.
I think immo off is in checked 24cxx dump, but only need to remove key reader from ign lock.

desolder pin 7 of 24cXX and solder it to pin 8 ,so can not be programed by Immo
