Microchip PIC12CE519 can read/write with programmer like Chipmax2, SmartProX8, VP380, Xeltek, etc.

If the mcu protected, you can't read data from mcu.
Containts data appear FFFF.

So, the mcu have to unlock/unprotect with special tools.
