Hello.
I've managed to do short circuit in table, now half of it doesn't work.

I saw on back, diode was damaged ( I don't know if it was damaged before or after short circuit)

Image of diode is in attachment.

Z2[diode] >| C62

if you cant see well.

it is zener diode.install another one and see if dash work

Haha no way, if it is a zener diode it has the voltage written on it, but I am afraid you can't see it anymore (burned).
Maybe a member has a sharp picture of the board.

I found this on internet. I searched by letters near diode.

Anyway, I've removed diode, and dash not working well when I turn key to ignition, and when I do it for second time, dashboard is working.

WOW, you did well finding out what it was. Which numbers did you use?

A zenner diode, once the voltage across it reaches the figure it is set to, it goes dead short.

It is possable it is part of a 'crowbar effect' regulator as found in satnav chargers.

circuit goes dead short quicker than a fuse can blow to say your shat nav.
