can i find an universal dump for fiat ???

i still haven't found an affordable solution to read /write eeprom contents trough the OBD port - unfortunately all tools with these functions have a rather steep price tag....
The Nasratech tool is one of the most affordable options - if anyone has a cheaper solution to read / write eeproms of Fiat ecu's trough the OBD port i would like to know it...
Vulpes does not deliver to private users, Celeste Decoder 45M is out of production.
Arbritus with Fiat Commander / MPS and Nasratech are my options at the moment.
