new mercedes benz multiplexer connection issue

Just got this tool and try to set it up with DAS/ XEntry.
SD tool kit shows connection by cable only - right side of SD taskbutton is green and left is red.
Self test runs OK
Now I can't get connection after selecting model in xentry.
It ends with error : check connection, or Voltage not proper for supply.

Tool is Actia mulfiplexer, made in France on 05/06.

Question, please: can it make connection without turning key ignition (bad EZS)?
The master x431 does.

How to troubleshoot this no connection issue?

ezs without turning, even whithout key in it is possible to enter the ezs with xentry.

the sd connect left side is internet connection
the right side is multiplexer connection.

i think you have to modify the cal.ini if its a das vehicle.

Yes you can enter EZS without key turned if you go to control units insted of going to quick test!
