Ok, I am almost there I can see light at the end of the tunnel at least.
I think I am going to go with something like the skystar two, so I can get up and running. My friend has a sly box I could borrow also, I am not too sure if it has a card with it.
It looks as though the pc card (Sky Star 2), needs some form of card plugging into it, does this have to be a sky white card or could I use a different one.
Even if I am lucky and my friend does have a card to go with it, what if he takes them back. Im just looking to get the ball rolling so to speak. I can improve my setup from there :)
I think what I am asking is, do I need a CAM/CAS (obviously if it has a CAS would be better). But, which one would I need and would I need a card with it.
