help flashing dreambox

i have followed the steps on how to flash my dreambox and have come to the part where i have to connect the box to dreamup and it has recognised my box but does not seem to come up with anything else, also the flash button is currently unpressable, at the moment i have a green flashing light on my box, any assistance would be greatly appreciate thanks :) ps i have dreambox 500

i am new hare and i just join in this forum, i had the same problem that you have on one of me dbow 500s.
all i did is i used the dreamup and connected to dbox and first Flash Erase and after Flash and it worked.

You could try an alternative power supply I know one went on me and I was able to flash them with a different power supply.
