I have tried with immokiller but did not work

sime of these ecus need to be done by tye flash if the file keeps re writing itself

I need immo off:
Audi A4 1996 MPFI V6-ZYL
ECU: 4A0 907 473 H (eprom 27c256)
Immo Box: 4A0 953 234 (eeprom 93c46)

Try make new key, but cars can't start.
