can MAN T200 program truck speed?
If not, what is T200 max speed standard?

yes it can be change truck speed limit
all of european truck speed limit locked 90 Km/hour

I don't know what is the maximum speed that can be programmed will try.

I have seen trucks going up to 140 km/h

without any changes with diagnostic tool just put a magnet on the tahograf sensor which is located on the gearbox.

Probably dimitar22 are right. In Volvo trucks there are parameter in Engine ECU "Factory speed limit" is set to 140 Km/h. I think is the standard..

On MAN you can change it in Programing- costumer specific parametars
