A3 2003 dashboard problem

Hello,

I have a broken dash from A3 2.0TDI that shows "DEF" message and pointers go to maximum when turn on the key.
Tried to make diagnostic and vag part number doesn't appear. From what i read is seems to be an eeprom error. Can it be fixed if i read eeprom?
This dash is a used one because original is broken. Dash is VDO and Ref is 8P0920930F D06 with 93C86 eeprom.
Original one is 8P0920930C D03 with 93C86.

From what i read, eeproms can't be swapped because "def" error will remain, right?

If I understand you have fvdi or not?
Need do following:
Save all eeprom data trought K-LINE INSTRUMENT (to return, if anything go wrong to its original state). Remember the pin.
2.Repair DEF (erased all data, including mileage and keys in the panel)
3. INSTRUMENT, close. Go in block 17, instrument cluster
4. Now we do secure access, the upper button (code like 18361, the program itself inserts)
5. Adaptation 21 channel. Add your number of keys.
6. Turn off the ignition, draw out the key. We are waiting for a couple of seconds. Insert key back, and voila, everything works
7. Register mileage in INSTRUMENT.

A3 2003 is VDO Fujitsu with 93C86. No Kline. CAN only! Avdi has no feature to repair def on these dashboards.

After I change again km with AVDi def is gone.
