I did dash in Nissan Pathfinder. After all, fuel and temp gauges shows wrong. Tried couple times to take needles off and put them back in different position but always shows too low or too high. Is there any way to calibrate gauges?

I know that now might be too late, but for future reference:

When I have to remove needles I always power up the cluster on the bench and mark the position of the needles before removing them.

Then when I have put the needles back I power it up again and push the needles right on the mark that I had done.

Too late for this car :) but will remember for future. Usually putting needles below resting point and marking but with this car I remind myself about marks after ........ :-P
