what rs232 cable do i use because the one i have does not work on my starbox 3 will not flash

IS A CABLE THAT CAN LINK 2 COMPUTER TOGETHER AND USE IT TO TRANSFER DATE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER WAYS TO USE THIS BUT THIS IS A COMM THING.
YOU CAN ALSO TRANSFER DATE FROM COMPUTER TO SATELLITE RECEIVERS LIKE PATCHING ECT.:bike:

the correct cable is a null modem cable as this has a cross overwire in it.

if you dont have usb you only need null cable

Are you getting any error messages on the box when you are trying to download the firmware from your computer onto your sv box.
