Motorola Mask set info

There is no thread like this one. I have search on google and read some datasheet's but i can't find any true info.

For example what is difference between:

HC705x32 and
HC05x32

And what is difference between mask set for hc705x32
1d69j
0g47v

I see that this MCU doesn't have FLASH, only eeprom.
Only ROM and RAM

If i want clone data from 1d69j to 0g47v is it possible?

If anyone have datasheet for 1d69j

Hello, looks like You talking about Motorolla MCU and now they named Freescale so take a look at Welcome to Freescale - Freescale Semiconductor (http://www.freescale.com) website and I'm quite sure You will find the data sheet for Your MCU. BTW what You trying to do with it?
