i need to know what is the device that can read pin code and program new key for vw polo 6,7 and golf 5

polo 6 and 7!! do you mean 9N and 6R models?

for polo 9N and GOLF MK5 it depends on what year is the car. for POLO 6R you will need to precode a 48 CAN transponder before programming process to car, reading PIN is not enough because you also component protection data.

POLO 6 -2009 you can do it if you have pin code , Transponder Megamos ID48
POLO 7 2009+ VDO-NEC , you need special device to do it ! , Transponder Megamos ID48 Can ( pre-coded ) with CS.

GOLF V -2007 , same as POLO 6 , only you need Transponder ID48 CAN .
GOLF V 2007+ PIN + TRANSPONDER Precoded with CS .
I don't known if Zedbull can prepare these keys .

POLO 6R = 2009+ called POLO 7
if you say GOLF 5K or 1K , for them it's GOLF VI or and GOLF V .

original zedbull will preode, vw cable needed.
tango maker will precode, once you have read the micronas and got 6 out of the 7 security bytes tango will calculate the 7th, generate a file which you have to write back to e2p (24c32).

Yes zedbull can do these vechile no problem .there is a new cable out that programes them with in 5 min if you need cable you can get one from Lars at Keymaster in Port Elizabeth That is if you live in S.A
