vito 110 cdi keys lost

hi all
i have a mb vito ( all keys lost)
i want to program a new key for it but the immobox 's dump is damaged ( all in FFFFFFFFF)
what can i do to do this job?
please i need explication step by step

First you need to read the uP 705. This MCU is protect and if you read with normal programmer the eeprom is erased. So, verify if you are able to read and write this type of MCU.
You can write and after power OFF-ON you can read and verify the content. The steps are:

A. Write the eeprom with dump of another car
B. Generate the transponder
C. Renew the engine ECU
D. Adapt the new ECU with star diagnose or another tools

D: cloned launch x431 can do this job??
because when i diagnose this car it write me that ecu need to be adapted
