Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of windows 7 starter for a HP Netbook

Windows 7 Starter only comes preinstalled-mostly on netbooks-so you can't buy and install it on your own.

I would imagine the home edition would be OK

I doubt it but there are other means to get round it.
