Here is what you need if you want to flash it yourself.

1. A NULL modem cable (UTP cable optional)
2. Dreamup 1.3.4 software
3. A computer with a COM port. If no COM port you need a USB to COM converter.
4. Lastly you need a working image

Unplug the power cord from yr box to power it off. To flash image, plug in null cable to yr box and run dreamup software. Press connect and replug in the power cord when it prompted to switch on the dreambox.

Sim lim tower shop near ocbc selling the null cable . Should be ard $5 and has the label null modem cable on it. If yr computer doesn't have the rs232 port, u need to buy the usb to rs232 converter.

Look at the back of your computer for the 9 pin port.

If there is an ip address for yr box, maybe u can try to flash image using flashwizard pro or telnet else dreamup is the only solution.
