CAT FLS setting problem

Hey guys, I have a ECM that keeps loosing its FLS setting.
I have reflashed the ECM, but still the same problem. When I enter the FLS value, the value stays, but the parameter mismatch fault is still active and when I change to another screen and come back to configuration the FLS setting is gone.

Is this a failure of the non-volatile memory?
Can this be repaired?
It is an ACERT machine C18 Ser prefix EJG.

I have had ecm's that will not hold parameters, timing calibration and interlock code. also found the tattletails very high. Replacing the ecm repaired the problem.

Thanks mate that is what I ended up doing, replaced the ECM.
