Medical test results

Mr Smith asks the local doctors receptionist for Mrs Smiths medical results. After a long wait she returns and tells him that there where two Mrs Smiths with different tests and she wasnt sure which one belongs to his wife .One has aids and the the other alzheimers . After a long argument about how he would know which result is his for his wife , a patient waiting to see the doc suggests " drop her of in town , if she finds her way
